What To Expect

For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.  We also accept Care Credit; you can select the Care Credit link to get pre-approved typically within the same day! We also offer 5% off if you pay with cash or check.

 

We desire to deliver the best care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, and because of this, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless previous arrangements have been made and agreed to by all parties.  If you have questions regarding payment options or your account, please contact us at (918) 745-0500. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

 

Our administration staff will send you a monthly statement.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks, so please feel free to call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance’s payment within that time frame.  All remaining balances after your insurance has paid their part is your responsibility.  Your prompt remittance is very much appreciated.  We can make financial arrangements for a monthly payment plan if necessary, but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
